On very small occasions, someone may feel the need to take matters into their own hands, we do not tolerate verbal or physical abuse of any nature to either or staff members or our patrons.

Responsible Consumption
If we feel the need to refuse more alcohol to a patron, we will inform them in a pleasant & respectful manner.
Proof of ID
We may ask for proof of ID either for the consumption of alcohol or to play in our pokies lounge, TAB or Keno, you must be over the age 18 years old to participate in any of the above.
Gamble Responsibly
If we feel that you may be spending too much on either the pokies, TAB or Keno, we may ask you to stop, please do not be offended, we are only looking out for you.
No Smoking
No smoking is permitted inside the venue, there is a designated smoking area outside.
Payments
We accept cash or direct debit/credit card.
Please do not ask for credit.
